North Park

The hipster capital of San Diego

Welcome to North Park

The hipster capital of San Diego

Forbes magazine called North Park one of the best hipster neighborhoods in the country and it continues to attract trendsetters and hipsters. Craftsman cottages and Spanish-style homes make up most of the architecture in this haven for young professionals. A mix of young professionals, young families, and college students make up the large population of North Park. True to its hipster status, there are a lot of trendy cafes like Caffeé Calabria, craft brewpubs like the Belching Beaver, and swanky spots like the Seven Grand whiskey lounge. Alternatively, the North Park Community Park is great for outdoor activities and North Park borders the sprawling Balboa Park.
